The OPP confirmed that they have sent out drones to the blockade. (Small remote-controlled aircraft that take pictures) The protesters saw one yesterday morning and one man showed me a picture of it on his cell phone. I had the opportunity to speak to the blockade organizer. He said he understood that the police would want to keep tabs on how many protesters there are but if the government has the resources to send out drones then they have the resources to launch an inquiry into these missing and murdered women. He also said that the use of drones could be a bit of an intimidation attempt by police.
